"Fresh, good quality, no complaints"
Got my order in and yeah... happy with it. Everything seemed fresh, not stale or dried out like I’ve had with some other stuff before. The quality was a little better than I expected. Packaging was solid too, nothing messy or crushed. Simple enough, good experience. I’d order it again...

"Arrived right when expected"
My order showed up when they said it would, which I appreciated. Reading between the lines, it seems like their shipping process is well organized, nothing flashy, just on time and easy.

"Pretty nice packaging, just a little bent"
The box looked clean and had a nice presentation overall. One corner was a bit bent, so it could’ve been packed a little tighter, but it still looked good when it arrived

"Pretty much no scent"
I usually judge these by the first sniff and how long I notice it after, and this one didn’t pass either test. The scent was really faint right away and faded super fast. Easy call for me, I wouldn’t buy it again

"Support did get back to me eventually, but..."
Support did get back to me eventually, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I kind of got the feeling they were hoping I’d just drop it or figure it out on my own before they replied. Not the worst experience, but the delay was a bit frustrating.
